Stupefying Touch
Pacifism shuts off a creature's attacking and blocking; this Aura takes a different target, silencing its activated abilities instead. That makes it a precision answer rather than a blanket one: a creature that wins through a tap ability, a sacrifice outlet, a firebreathing pump, or a recurring activated drain becomes inert, while its body stays on the board doing nothing but standing there. The card it draws on entry pays back the tempo of casting it, so the enchantment is closer to a soft cantrip than a true two-for-one liability waiting to be blinked off. The cost of that targeting is precision in reverse: against a creature whose threat is its raw stats, the Aura accomplishes nothing, and against anything without an activated ability it is a dead card with a refund attached. It is a hatebear answer dressed as removal, built for a world where the dangerous creatures are engines rather than beaters: the equipment carrier, the mana rock on legs, the legendary value piece that ticks up through a tap symbol. Where most blue Auras of its kind stopped a creature from doing what it does in combat, this one severs the link between a problem creature and the loop it was supposed to power.
