Streetwise Negotiator
Green's oversized backsides usually sit in the way; this Cat rewrites the combat math so they can attack for their back number. Its own 0/2 frame reads as a wall, but the granted ability inverts the equation, letting the holder deal combat damage equal to toughness rather than power, so the Negotiator arrives with a working offense that grows every time it collects a counter. The Backup 1 choice is where the decision lives. Keep the trigger on this body and it becomes a defensive-looking two-drop that still pushes real damage and keeps climbing; aim it across the board and you loan out both a permanent counter and, for the current turn only, the toughness-swings clause, turning some heavy-bottomed defender elsewhere into a surprise attacker. That split shapes the aim: the counter is a lasting gift, but the damage swap expires with the turn, so the best target is a body already built to survive the swing, where the trick fades but the reinforced stats stay behind. It is a small enabler with a sharp remit, feeding toughness-matters shells and handing a counters deck a two-drop that both nourishes itself and passes around its most peculiar trick.
