Sorin's Guide
A search effect with exactly one legal name to find, and that constraint is the whole premise: this is a delivery mechanism for Sorin, Vampire Lord and nothing else. Where an open-ended tutor asks you to know what you need, this one hands you a single predetermined answer and lets a hard-hitting body foot the bill on arrival. The quiet generosity is that it reaches into the graveyard as well as the library, so a Sorin already milled or discarded stays live: the card doubles as recursion and as consistency in the same slot, which matters because it exists to see the planeswalker sooner. The 4/2 is the tax you pay for that certainty. It hits for a genuine chunk but folds to almost any interaction, so the value has to cash out the moment it resolves; the effect is tied entirely to that entrance. This is the older design logic of printing a body whose only real job is fetching a marquee card it exists to set up, its cost and stats shaped around the payoff rather than around combat. Outside a deck running that planeswalker it accomplishes nothing, and that is by intent: it is costed, sized, and even named around the one card it delivers.
