Soaring Drake

Every set needs a filler flyer, and this is what one looks like at its most honest: a 2/3 body on wings for three mana, doing nothing more than trading in the air and chipping in for two. That toughness is the only design decision worth noting. Bumping it to 3 instead of the more common 2/2-on-a-2/2 evasion body means it survives the incidental pings and one-toughness bites that clear lesser drakes, and it holds the sky against most two-power fliers rather than dying to them. Built to fill out a common slot, give a blue tempo deck a reliable evasive threat, and otherwise stay out of the way. No trigger, no ability beyond the keyword, nothing to build around. The rate is the whole pitch, and the rate is fine.
