Skeletal Swarming
Two engines stapled together, and the seam is what makes the card function. The end-step half is a slow, grinding token generator whose output doubles for the turn if a creature died, which turns any board full of chump-blockers or sacrifice fodder into a Skeleton factory that compounds turn over turn. The anthem half then weaponizes that volume: every Skeleton swings for its base power plus one for each other Skeleton in the swarm, so the twentieth token is not a 1/1 but a 20/1 riding on nineteen others. Trample makes the arithmetic lethal rather than merely intimidating, and the forced-attack clause is the honest cost, committing the whole board every turn whether the math favors you or not. That last line marks this as a payoff rather than a value piece: it wants a critical mass of small black-green creatures already assembled and a way to convert its own tokens into deaths, feeding the doubler that feeds the anthem. On its own it starts from zero and takes several turns to matter; given a graveyard-and-sacrifice shell to sit on top of, the exponential curve gets out of hand fast. The design is a clean statement of what a build-around Skeleton payoff looks like when a set commits to the tribe as a mechanical theme rather than a flavor footnote.
