Sight of the Scalelords
The toughness-4 threshold is the whole gate here, and it tells you exactly what this anthem was built for. Most green decks run wide on cheap aggressive bodies that fall well under that line; this rewards the opposite instinct, the durable midrange creatures that already survive combat math and now hit harder while keeping their guard up. Vigilance is the quieter half of the package: granting it at the beginning of combat means qualifying creatures can swing and still stand back to block, turning a board of fat blockers into an attacking force that never lowers its defenses. That combination, +2/+2 plus vigilance to anything sturdy, is less an aggressive enabler than a way to flip a defensive board into a decisive one in a single combat step. The buff is a fresh grant each turn rather than a static bonus stapled to your team, so it re-arms every combat rather than sticking around: a recurring window conditional on the enchantment surviving and on creatures clearing the bar. It does nothing for the empty board and nothing for the swarm, which is the cost of its ceiling; pay it with creatures that already cross the toughness line and it converts a stalled green-creature standoff into lethal pressure with reach to spare.
