Force the table to choose the shape of your board, then win regardless of which shape they pick. Each wild vote digs through your library for a creature and drops it into play; each free vote lets you cheat a permanent from hand onto the battlefield. Opponents are left picking between handing you bodies off the top of your deck or letting you place anything you're holding, and neither lane is one they want to open. The math is what gives it teeth: vote counts compound across every seat, so a full table can dump four or five permanents at once. The free option is the deceptively strong half, because it sidesteps the creature-only restriction of the wild side: a free vote can land a planeswalker, an enchantment, a busted artifact, whatever's sitting in hand. The card's whole tension lives in that gap between what the library can supply (creatures only, randomized) and what the hand can supply (anything, chosen). Most cards built on this kind of vote split a single resource between you and the table; this one splits the route by which a permanent reaches the battlefield, and no matter how the voters break, they never get to deny you both lanes at once.
