The constraint is the whole engine: not "return everything," but "return any number with different mana values," which turns a graveyard into a carefully arrayed toolbox where the one-drop, the three-drop, and the bomb come back together while a second copy of the same curve point stays buried. That single restriction is what keeps the spell from being a strict regrowth-everything blowout, and it rewards a deck built on a spread curve rather than a stack of redundant pieces. The genuinely unusual line is the last clause: instead of heading to the graveyard, it tucks itself onto the bottom of its owner's library. In a deck with reliable card draw or a way to dig, that makes the card recursive in the most literal sense, a self-replacing tutor that buries itself far enough to be forgotten and then resurfaces several draws later, ready to pull the next spread of values out of a yard that has since refilled. Green's mass-recovery sorceries usually one-shot the graveyard the way Praetor's Counsel does, resolving once and returning everything at once with nothing left over. This one instead builds an attrition loop that resets each time it surfaces, so long as your mana and your curve hold. The six-mana sorcery speed and the diminishing returns of one pull per value slot are the brakes; the bottom-of-library tuck is the reason it keeps coming back.
