Scrabbling Skullcrab

Creature — Crab SkeletonBlue mana

Milling has always been a strategy you commit to, a plan the whole deck bends toward at the cost of its own tempo. This crab refuses that bargain. The two cards come off the top only as a rider on Eerie, firing when your enchantments arrive or when a Room finishes unlocking, so the grind is a dividend paid out by a board you were building for other reasons. That inversion is the point: the deck does not become a mill deck; an enchantment deck simply starts eroding a library as a side effect of doing what it already wanted to do. The 0/3 body earns its keep by holding the line, walling off early beats while the enchantment engine ticks, and every trigger adds two more cards toward a win condition without demanding a card or a tap. The target clause widens the tool further: the mill points at any player, so the same trigger can stock your own graveyard for delve, reanimation, or threshold payoffs instead of only chewing through an opponent's deck. What results is a mill piece that never asks to be the deck's identity, only its bonus.
