Creature — Human Artificer3 generic manaBlue mana

The conditional draw is the whole transaction here: a 3/2 body that pays a card back only if the battlefield already shows an artifact the moment it arrives. That single clause is what ties the card to a build commitment made several turns earlier, and the reward sits entirely at entry. There is no second window, no later trigger if a Treasure or Equipment appears afterward; the artifact has to be down first or the draw simply never happens. That timing is the design lever. A card shaped this way exists to give a midrange artifact shell a reason to run actual artifacts rather than splash them, by attaching card advantage to a creature that would otherwise be filler. The price for the cantrip is the body's fragility: a 3/2 trades down to nearly any removal, so the value has to be banked on the way in because the creature itself rarely lives to do more work. It is a clean, common-rarity expression of the conditional-payoff template, asking a deck to honor a theme it was already building toward and quietly giving nothing to the player who jams it in with no artifact to point at.
