Naya in a single untapped source, which sounds generous until you read the price. The entry trigger demands you return one of your own lands (any land that isn't itself a Lair) to your hand, or the Lair sacrifices itself on the spot. That is the hardest tax in the whole multicolor-fixing tradition: not a tapland's lost turn, not a painland's chipped life, but a land already in play, handed back mid-development. The Lair cycle was an early-era experiment in the principle Wizards has refined relentlessly since, that color access should cost a real resource rather than nothing at all. The Karoo lands, the Ravnica bouncelands (Gruul Turf and its allied and enemy kin), and the later gainland and tapland families all descend from the same logic, and the Lairs sit at its most punishing extreme. The bounce is not pure downside if the returned land carried an enters-the-battlefield payoff or a landfall trigger worth firing again, but recouping that value requires the kind of slow, deliberate manabase the Lairs reward and few decks want to build. Five Lairs filled out the allied shards of their era, each tied to one of the primeval dragons; this one makes red, green, and white, the colors of Rith, the dragon it is named for. What dates these lands is not the colors they produce but the willingness to cost you a full land drop to produce them, a bargain modern fixing almost never proposes.
