Reflex Sliver
Sliver design has always been about distributing a single keyword across an army, and haste is the one grant that converts a board of glued-together small bodies into an immediate threat. The mechanic addresses the tribe's structural weakness: Slivers want to commit width to the battlefield, and width that has to wait a turn gives the opponent a window to wrath or block back into parity. By granting haste to every Sliver, including itself, this collapses that window. A Sliver played the same turn it joins the team can attack, can lend the rest of the swarm's pump and evasion abilities to a lethal hit, and forces the kind of math that a summoning-sick board never threatens. The catch is the one every shared-ability Sliver carries: the keyword is symmetric, so an opponent's Slivers gain haste too, and the 2/2 body contributes little on the axis the deck actually wins on once it is the only Sliver around. That dependence is the genre's defining constraint. As a lord it sits in the support tier rather than the headline tier, the piece you reach for when the deck is fast enough that one extra turn of pressure ends the game rather than merely advancing it.
