Enchantment4 generic manaGreen manaGreen mana

A trade so lopsided it loops back into elegance: surrender your draw step and cap your hand at two, and in return every card you play replaces itself. The maximum-hand-size clause of two is the engine's whole point, not a drawback grafted onto it. It forces the deck through your hand at a one-for-one clip, so the intended mode is empty hand, top of library, play-and-draw, play-and-draw, never sandbagging anything. The skipped draw step is the price; the per-play trigger is the engine; the hand-size cap is the tempo gate that keeps the engine running rather than choking on stockpiled cards. What makes the design coherent is that all three lines point the same direction: this is a card that wants you to spend everything, immediately, forever. The flavor of the name lands precisely on the mechanic: nothing accumulates, everything cycles. It belongs to a brief moment in design history when green was experimenting with raw card-advantage enchantments that asked for a total restructuring of how you sequence a turn rather than a marginal bonus you could ignore. The catch is the same as the appeal: with no plays in hand, the draw trigger does nothing, so the whole apparatus demands a critical mass of cheap, replaceable spells to feed it. Build for the constraint and it is an inexhaustible refill; build a normal deck around it and you have paid six mana to delete your own draw step.
