Realms Uncharted
Most tutors hand you exactly what you ask for; this one runs the request through an adversary first. You name four lands, your opponent picks the two that hurt you most, and those go to the graveyard while the leftovers reach your hand. The split is the whole design. A naive search names four copies of the same nonbasic and the opponent's choice becomes meaningless, so the card forbids duplicates: every name must be different. That single restriction turns a fetch into a negotiation. You learn the most when your four cards are roughly equivalent, because then the opponent cannot punish you no matter which two they bin; you learn the least when one land towers over the rest, since that is the one you will never see. The graveyard clause also rewards decks that treat the bin as a resource: dredge engines, lands-matters payoffs like Crucible of Worlds effects, and reanimation that pulls lands back from the yard all flip the downside into setup. The instant speed matters more than the rate suggests, letting you hold up the search until the opponent has committed and you know which two lands you can stand to lose. It is a card built for players who want utility lands, the colors-fixing and the toolbox both, and who can construct a pool where the opponent's "best" choice is still a choice you are happy to make.
