Realmbreaker's Grasp

White's answer to the permanent you can't kill but can neutralize. Pacifism handled creatures for decades, but it never touched the artifact side of the board: the mana rock, the equipment, the utility engine whose activated abilities win games without ever swinging. This aura widens the target to include artifacts and shuts down more than combat. The enchanted permanent goes inert, unable to attack or block and forbidden from firing any activated ability that isn't a mana ability. The mana-ability carve-out is the tell of careful design. Rather than functioning as a two-mana Stone Rain against a Signet or a dork (those still tap for mana), it snuffs the abilities that actually threaten you: the tap-to-draw engine, the sacrifice outlet, the pinger, the equip cost that turns a token into a clock. What you get is a soft answer to hard-to-kill permanents, the pacifier extended from creatures to any artifact whose text does the damage. The wrinkle worth respecting is that it leaves the enchanted permanent alive: anything that bounces or blinks it undoes the lock, and it does nothing against triggered or static abilities. But as a color-appropriate way to defang a threatening creature or a game-ending artifact activation without needing to destroy it, this is a cleaner tool than white usually gets, and a more surgical one than a plain Pacifism ever was.
