Rampaging Growth

Ramp that swings back. The green mana-fixing spell has a fixed ceiling problem: past the early turns, fetching a single basic onto the battlefield is a dead card, an effect that overperforms on turn three and does nothing on turn eight. This one answers that decay by stapling a temporary body to the land it fetches: the basic arrives as a 4/3 with reach and haste for the turn, so the spell keeps a floor of relevance long after the mana it produces stops mattering. The reach-and-haste pairing is the specific choice worth noticing. Haste means the animated land can attack the same turn it enters instead of waiting out summoning sickness, an immediate four-power swing rather than a promise for next turn; reach lets that same body wall an incoming flier, since any untapped creature can block the turn it arrives regardless of haste. Because it resolves at instant speed, the whole package can happen on an opponent's attack step: fix your mana and ambush a creature in one card. The temporary animation is what keeps the deal clean, since the land reverts once the turn ends and goes back to making mana without leaving a permanent liability on board or a creature to be swept later. It is a small, self-contained idea (ramp that refuses to become a late-game blank) executed without a lot of moving parts.
