Rakdos Shred-Freak
Two berserker pips of pure aggression, payable with black or red in any combination, and that mana flexibility is the whole reason the card exists. The body is intentionally unremarkable (two power, one toughness, dead to the gentlest removal), so the value lives in how few constraints it places on the shell around it. A mono-black aggro deck runs it, a mono-red one runs it, a Rakdos build runs it, and none has to commit to a color it cannot already produce. Hybrid commons in this mold trade ceiling for guaranteed availability: no late-game mode, no hidden text, just an attacker that hits the turn it lands and never strands itself behind the wrong dual. The design exists to round out a curve rather than anchor it, the warm-bodied two-drop you reach for when an aggressive deck needs another body more than it needs another trick. Honest filler, built and costed to do exactly that and nothing more.
