Two payoffs are stapled together here, and the sequencing baked into the attack trigger is what makes them cohere. Hideaway 5 buries a card face down the moment the enchantment lands, but the release valve is a creature-count threshold: ten or more bodies, checked when the attack trigger resolves in the Declare Attackers step. The token engine closes that gap. Every swing manufactures Citizens equal to the attackers, so the enchantment feeds its own condition, widening the board until the tenth creature trips the payoff and the hidden card comes down free. What makes the ordering sharp is that the tokens are created first, then the count is checked, so a marginal attack can push you across the line on the same turn it makes the tokens that get you there. That turns Hideaway from a gamble on hitting your top five into a near-guaranteed unlock, provided the go-wide plan holds. It also asks the deckbuilder to load the exile slot with something worth a delayed, unconditional cast rather than raw power, since the reward arrives late and only once the board has already swollen past most sweepers' patience. The card rewards commitment to the plan it names and punishes half-measures: without the token flood, the buried card sits face down forever, a five-mana enchantment doing nothing but printing 1/1s.
