Provisions Merchant
The second ability is the reason this beast is more than a body that leaves a snack behind. Green's aggressive creatures rarely carry their own reach; they hit hard on the ground and stall the moment a blocker shows up. Here, the Food the creature makes on entry becomes ammunition on the attack: sacrifice it as the team swings, and every attacking creature gets +1/+1 and trample for the turn. That turns a stalled attack step into a lethal one, converting the incidental lifegain artifact green has been handed all over recent sets into a combat resource instead. The tension is a real one for the player: the Food is worth three life sitting still, but its highest use is cashing it in to push damage through, and you rarely get to do both. It also rewards decks that generate Food beyond the one this makes, since each additional token is another potential swing-wide pump, folding a value subtheme into an aggressive plan without asking the deck to change shape. What keeps it grounded is that the buff fires only on attack, only when you have Food to spend, and only on creatures already committed to combat; it never functions as a surprise blowout on defense, so the reward is tied squarely to the swing.
