Fabricate is a small design that answers a recurring tension in white aggro: do you want the body or the board? Here the choice is between a 3/2 flier that closes a race a turn faster, or a 2/1 flier plus a 1/1 Servo that feeds anything caring about artifacts or bodies on the ground. The split matters because the two modes point at different decks. The counter rewards a tempo plan where evasive pressure ends the game; the token rewards a wide, go-tall-later plan where each artifact creature is fuel for an outlet, a crew cost, or a sacrifice trigger. Neither mode is generous in isolation, which is the point of the keyword: fabricate lets a common-rarity creature serve two archetypes without being pushed for either. The four-mana cost keeps it honest as a midrange filler rather than a build-around, and the flying ensures the body is never dead even when you take the Servo. As a class, fabricate creatures are studies in modularity, but this one's particular usefulness is that the flier is the relevant clock and the Servo is the relevant resource, so the decision usually breaks cleanly along whether you are ahead on board or behind on it.
