Predatory Impetus

Most goad effects are a diplomatic knife pointed at someone else's board: you compel a creature to swing, and it swings at a rival. This one bundles that compulsion with a +3/+3 buff and a must-be-blocked clause, folding three combat-manipulation levers onto a single target. Enchant an enemy threat and you have conscripted it into a raid against another player at the table, whose defenders now have to absorb an enlarged attacker they never provoked. Enchant your own creature and the must-be-blocked rider turns into a spearhead, dragging a blocker off the more dangerous body standing next to it. The +3/+3 is what keeps the redirection from being a toothless political tax; a goaded creature that also connects for real damage becomes a problem someone downtable is forced to answer, not merely acknowledge. The design wants a crowded board to function fully: goad requires the creature attack a player other than the Aura's controller, so with only one opponent left the "attack someone else" language has nowhere to route and collapses into a plain forced swing plus the buff and the blocking obligation. Add more seats and the enchantment weaponizes the geometry, converting a defender's blocking duty and an attacker's marching orders into a fork the controller stays permanently on the safe side of.
