Phyrexian Awakening
Incubate splits a token into two transactions: the four +1/+1 counters land on the battlefield right away, but the body they belong to waits behind a mana tax until you pay to transform the Incubator into a 4/4 Phyrexian artifact creature. This enchantment fronts the whole down payment with incubate 4, then keeps earning after the token maker has fired. The static line grants vigilance to every Phyrexian you control: the creature you just flipped, any Phyrexian tokens spilling out from elsewhere, any Phyrexian bodies already in play. That is the load-bearing half. Vigilance across a wide artifact-Phyrexian board resolves the bind a go-wide deck usually cannot escape: swing with the whole team and still keep blockers up on the crack back. What makes the design worth noting is the tribal hook itself. White does not natively own the Phyrexian type, so this is a lord effect handed to a creature type from outside the color's usual roster, granting a keyword rather than a stat boost. What you build around is the type, not the single body it spawns; the more Phyrexians you commit, the more that second clause returns. An immediate threat up front, then a persistent keyword grant that only pays if you stay committed to fielding the type in numbers.
