Mind control that scales with the board instead of targeting a single threat, and it sits at the seam where a tribal-dense era met blue's appetite for theft. The condition is a counting contest: name a creature type, and if you hold more of those creatures than any one opponent does, every copy of that type on the battlefield comes home to you, permanently. In a field thick with Goblins, Elves, Soldiers, and Zombies, one resolution could strip an aggressor's board and rebuild it under your banner. The design lives or dies on the parity threshold: you need only edge out the rest of the table one player at a time, not the whole field combined, so a modest tribal presence of your own can pry loose a much larger swarm, and it rewards reading the table, since the type you choose is the type you most want to gut. The check happens once, at resolution, and the control change is permanent: there is no ongoing count to lose, so a rival who rebuilds afterward does not claw anything back. The price is paid entirely in setup and timing. The spell does nothing against a creatureless opponent and commits four mana at sorcery speed to an effect that is dead on an empty board. What separates it from conventional steal effects is the absence of a single chosen target: it collects a category rather than a card, making it a one-card answer to a tribe instead of a creature.
