Parallel Evolution
A token-doubler dressed as a sorcery, built for a narrow moment that the rest of the card's text quietly admits is hard to reach. The effect cares only about creature tokens already on the battlefield, so it does nothing on an empty board and everything once a go-wide engine has done its work first: Saproling makers, squirrel and soldier producers, anything that floods the field with bodies. That dependency is the design tension. The payoff scales explosively, but only after another card has supplied the setup, which makes this less a standalone spell than a multiplier you cast as the second half of a two-card plan. Flashback is the wrinkle that keeps it relevant past a single turn: double a board now, hold the graveyard copy, and double the survivors again at a steeper price once the field has refilled. It cannot reverse a sweeper on its own (an empty board returns nothing), but a deck that rebuilds its own tokens turns the graveyard half into a second multiplication. The symmetry is real but rarely bites: it copies every controller's tokens, yet you choose the moment the table is full of yours. As a piece of green's relationship with tokens it sits at the maximalist end, the answer to "what if doubling once is not enough," asking you to overcommit on purpose and trust that the board you build outpaces whatever removal arrives. It rewards a deck already committed to the token plan and offers nothing to one that is not.
