Overencumbered
A tax you install on someone else's board, funded by the tokens you hand them. The three artifacts (Clue, Food, Junk) arrive as a poisoned gift: each one raises the toll their combats now have to clear, and since the aura seeds their count higher, it makes the target richer in exactly the resource that hurts them. To swing, that player pays one per artifact or watches their creatures stay home, which turns any developed artifact board into a per-turn ransom renewed at the start of every one of their combats. This descends from the Pacifism lineage of cheap white Auras that quietly neuter attacks, but where those clamp a single creature, this one gates an entire combat step conditionally, and the condition scales against the enemy's own advancement. The wrinkle worth noting: the tokens keep their normal utility, so the enchanted player can sacrifice them for value and shrink the tax they owe, meaning the grip loosens exactly as they cash in the artifacts you forced on them. It rewards you for keeping your opponent artifact-heavy and rewards them for spending down, a small negotiation staged over and over on the enemy's own turn.
