Noble's Purse

Artifact2 generic mana

Most fixing rocks pay for their mana up front and hand you the color the moment they resolve; this one instead front-loads a rate and doles it out on your schedule. Coming down tapped with three coin counters, it is not a fast rock but a stored one: three Treasures locked inside a two-mana shell, released one at a time whenever you spend a tap. The counters are the leash that keeps a cheap, colorless artifact from being a strictly-better Treasure hoard. What you actually buy is flexibility of timing rather than speed of access. Each activation converts a counter into a full Treasure token, which means the value can be cashed for ritual acceleration, held as sacrifice fodder, or fed into any of the artifact- and Treasure-count payoffs that reward tokens hitting the battlefield rather than mana simply appearing. That layering is the point: the purse itself is not a Treasure, but it manufactures them, so a single card triggers "whenever you create a Treasure" or "whenever an artifact enters" up to three separate times across as many turns. It is a slow, patient piece of fixing dressed as a coin pouch, built for decks that care less about the mana and more about the tokens the mana leaves behind.
