A density test wearing a 1/1 flying body. The enters-the-battlefield trigger reveals your top card and either hands you an artifact or sends it to the graveyard, which makes the card a referendum on how committed your deck actually is to the metal. The graveyard clause is not a penalty in any real sense: putting an unknown card into your graveyard is information you did not have a moment ago, and in a deck thin on artifacts the card simply will not hit often enough to justify the slot. Pack the deck densely enough and the trigger becomes a genuine selection effect, a one-shot dig that trades a hidden top card for a known artifact in hand while leaving a flyer behind to trade or chump. Nobody runs this for the evasion; the body is scaffolding for a single card-advantage moment whose payoff scales directly with artifact count. What it really enforces is a deckbuilding threshold: below some concentration of artifacts the reveal is a dead trigger most of the time, and above it the card quietly fixes your draws toward the pieces you care about. Its playability is set entirely by the deck around it, a barometer for whether you have built an artifact deck or merely a deck with artifacts in it.
