Lure, ported to the artifact slot. Where the green enchantment glues every blocker to a single creature, this Equipment does the same forced-block math without asking you to play green at all, which is the entire reason it exists: it moves a green-only effect into colorless hardware that any deck can run. The combat trick is the one Lure has always set up: put it on a deathtouch creature and a single point of damage to each forced blocker kills the whole wall in one combat. The cost structure is where the two diverge. Lure stays attached for free once it resolves; this asks for a fresh three-mana payment every time you want to move it, and the equip is sorcery-speed, so the move is locked in during your main phase before combat ever opens. You attach precombat, then attack, and the defender already knows which creature is about to drag their blocking line into a trade. Worth noting the limit on the effect: it only compels creatures that are able to block the equipped creature, so a flier or other evasive attacker wearing the Mask still walks past anything that cannot reach it. The forced-block math only bites when the defenders could legally block in the first place. That sorcery-speed window and that restriction are the friction built into the design: a colorless Lure anyone can equip, priced so the redeployment is never free and never instant.
