Necrotic Sliver

Vindicate handed to an entire tribe, and the distribution is what makes the card more than its body. That body is unremarkable: a 2/2 that dies to anything. What it grants is a shared activated ability that turns every Sliver on the battlefield into a sacrifice-fueled answer to any permanent: a land, an artifact, a planeswalker, an enchantment you have no other line on. The and the sacrifice clause are the price that keeps it from being oppressive, since each activation costs you a creature and a chunk of a turn's mana, but the destruction is unconditional once you pay (against anything that lacks indestructible, since the ability reads Destroy, not exile or bounce). The wrinkle is redundancy of the activation, not of the grantor. Slivers share their granted abilities across the table, so a board of five Slivers is five independent destroy effects waiting to be unlocked, and an opponent who trades a removal spell into one Sliver still leaves the other four able to pay the cost. The catch is that the ability lives on this card's static effect: kill Necrotic Sliver itself and the whole tribe loses access at once, which makes it the priority target and the engine's single point of failure.
