Mystic Repeal

InstantGreen mana

Bottoming, not destroying, is the whole design decision here. Green's license to answer enchantments usually cashes out as blowing them up outright, but this trades the clean kill for something quieter: the enchantment goes to the bottom of its owner's library, gone for the game in practice but never technically destroyed. That distinction matters more than it reads. It slips past indestructible, dodges the death and dies-triggers that a destroy effect would feed, and denies the opponent any graveyard recursion, since the card is buried under an entire deck rather than sitting in reach of a raise-dead effect. The cost of that precision is targeting: it names an enchantment permanent and nothing else, so it does no double duty against artifacts the way the sweeping green disenchant variants do. It is a scalpel where those are a hammer. Instant speed keeps it live as a reactive answer, letting it hold up the removal for an enchantment the moment it resolves onto the battlefield rather than committing a whole turn to it in advance. What green gives up in flexibility of target, it buys back in the quality of the removal itself: a permanent answer that leaves no residue, feeds no engine, and cannot be undone short of milling most of a library.
