Moonsilver Key
A tutor that fetches only what makes mana. The restriction is precise and it does real work: the search hits an artifact card with a mana ability or a basic land, nothing else, which prices the card down to two mana and a one-mana sacrifice while keeping the ceiling low. This is the mana-rock tutor lineage taken to its narrowest honest form: it cannot find a Sol Ring's payoff, only the rock itself, and it cannot dredge up a combo piece unless that piece has a mana ability. What that buys is consistency for artifact-mana decks and color fixing for anyone splashing, folded into a single cheap object that replaces itself in the graveyard-fuel and cost-reduction economies that care about artifacts entering and leaving. The clause pulling basic lands rather than any land is the second guardrail; there is no fetching a dual or a utility land, so the card stays a fixing tool rather than a value engine. It slots into any deck that runs a critical mass of mana artifacts and wants to draw its acceleration on demand, and it doubles as a splash enabler in decks light on colored sources. Modest by design, and useful precisely because it asks for so little.
