Mobilization
Two engines on a single three-mana enchantment, each too thin to carry the card alone, betting that together they justify a Soldier shell. The token half is a faucet that runs cold: there is no creature when this resolves, so every Soldier it ever makes, the first one included, costs three mana for a vanilla 1/1. On those numbers it is a slow, mana-hungry token spitter and nothing more. The static line above it is what changes the math. Granting vigilance to every Soldier (not power, not toughness, only the keyword) lets the bodies it churns out attack and still stand guard, and the same applies to the rest of the army. That converts a board of small attackers into a position that no longer chooses between pressure and defense, and it lets the engine pay for itself across several combats rather than demanding the whole turn for one body. The two halves prop each other up: vigilance is dead without a wide Soldier board to spread it across, and the token faucet runs too cold to close a game until the keyword turns its drips into self-defending threats. Stacking both on one permanent that demands a committed tribal build is the whole gambit. It earns its keep only in the late grind, once the early curve has stalled and the enchantment is left alone to manufacture inevitability one vigilant Soldier at a time.
