A reverse-Tutor aimed at someone else's graveyard, dating to a time when the bin was treated as a permanent loss rather than a resource worth fighting over. The design logic is denial through delay: instead of exiling cards, it stacks them back on top of the library, forcing an opponent to redraw what they already paid to cast before they can touch anything new. That distinction matters more than it looks. Exiling a flashback card or a recursion target ends the conversation; putting three cards on top instead taxes the opponent's next several draws, turning their own milled or discarded spells into dead picks they have to clear with draw steps. The single black mana and instant speed make it a response, not a plan: a way to undo a key recursion play, strand a graveyard combo's payload behind a wall the opponent has already seen, or simply slow a deck that leans on its bin. The caster chooses the order those cards return, which sharpens the disruption: you can bury the most threatening reanimation target three deep and force the worst possible draw sequence on the opponent's own terms. What keeps it from being a clean answer is that it needs a target-rich graveyard to matter at all, and it only stalls rather than removes. In a game where exile became the default answer to graveyards, this represents the older, gentler school: not removing the resource, but making it expensive to spend.
