Minds Aglow

SorceryBlue mana

A one-mana sorcery that does nothing in a vacuum and refuses to be cast on an empty table: this is a negotiation engine first and a spell second. Join forces opens a single shared draw round, passing exactly once. Starting with you, each player chooses how much mana to commit, the contributions sum to X, and everyone draws X cards regardless of who paid in. Your only structural lever is going first, setting the floor with your own commitment before anyone else weighs in. The pitch you make to your opponents is one of pure equivalence: cards are free relative to one another, so a stranger feeding the pool buys you exactly as many cards as themselves and never an edge they don't also purchase. That parity is what greases the bargaining, and it is also the catch, because a spell that refills four hands by an identical amount is, on its own, a wash. The escape is to already have a reason your fresh draws matter more than everyone else's: an engine on the board starving for fuel, or a payoff that punishes the drawing itself, the kind of shell where handing the table cards is the kill rather than the cost. That dependence on outside money to function is the whole point. Multiplayer supplies the bargaining table that makes the mana flow; the card just gives the table something to argue over.
