Meandered Towershell

Enchantment — AuraGreen mana

An Aura built entirely to reenact the most beloved liability in the game: Meandering Towershell, the turtle that spent half its existence exiled, returning tapped and attacking two turns after you committed it to combat. That exact glacial rhythm gets bolted onto any creature you choose. Enchant something, swing with it, and watch both the creature and the Aura vanish into exile, then return together at the declare attackers step of your next turn, tapped and attacking, so the damage you signed up for arrives a full turn late. Islandwalk completes the homage: the Towershell always wanted to slide past blue, and the Aura grants that same conditional evasion to whatever it lands on. Underneath the gag sits genuinely careful engineering. The exile-and-return is what lets the Aura reattach cleanly to a creature that has technically left and reentered play, sidestepping the usual failure where an Aura simply falls off a blinked permanent. Translating a creature's signature drawback into targeted-buff form, evasion and all, with the timing preserved intact, is a stranger and more specific piece of construction than a single green mana implies.
