Master Splicer
The Golem-lord template runs the same engine as every tribal anthem before it, but the choice of subject is what makes it sing: the token it makes is also a Golem, so the lord buffs the body it just put on the board. A 1/1 for brings along a 4/4 by the time its own anthem applies, which means the fragile artificer is never the thing you are paying for. The design leans on a useful asymmetry of token-making creatures: kill Master Splicer and the Golem stays, just shrunk back to its printed 3/3, so the answer never fully refunds the investment. Build a little wider (Blade Splicer, Sensor Splicer, anything else that mints Golems) and each lord stacks, turning a pile of 3/3 artifact bodies into a board that closes quickly. That stacking is what the Splicer line is built around: individually each one is a body and a token, but the +1/+1 is a shared resource that compounds across copies. The artifact-creature framing cuts both ways, leaving the Golems exposed to artifact removal but eligible for every payoff that cares about artifacts entering or sitting on the battlefield.
