Manascape Refractor
This copies the activated abilities of every land in play, not just yours: any player's Gaea's Cradle, Cabal Coffers, Nykthos, or Maze of Ith becomes a button you can press, and the color-fixing rider means the activation cost is never the obstacle. That turns a symmetric board of utility lands into a private toolbox. The design cost is the tapped-entry clause without the payoff of being a land: it comes down tapped like a slow dual would, but it sits in the artifact slot, so it survives a Wasteland or Strip Mine that would answer the real thing while still borrowing that land's ability from across the table. It also stacks abilities: it has all activated abilities of all lands at once, so a board full of manlands, sac-lands, and fetch effects becomes a menu you read in real time. Its whole value depends on reading what everyone else's lands actually do, which makes it one of the few artifacts that rewards board literacy over board development. The ceiling is dictated entirely by the room; against a table of vanilla duals it does almost nothing, and across a table stacked with premium utility lands it quietly becomes the most powerful land on the battlefield without occupying a land slot at all.
