Because the trigger reads "creatures you control," it hits the 4/3 too, though without haste the Scribe cannot join the swing the turn it arrives; the boost goes to the attackers already in play. That is the whole shape of the design: you flood the table cheaply first, then drop this to make every existing attacker swing two bigger and one tougher. The +1 toughness matters more than the number reads, nudging your team past the blockers and burn that would otherwise trade down and letting the math resolve in your favor. Because the effect is temporary, it plays best on the turn you plan to attack rather than banked for a future board state, rewarding a commitment to numbers before it ever hits the stack rather than holding creatures back. This is a go-wide payoff for a white creature deck that has already spent its early turns on width: a burst of lethal arithmetic that asks you to have the board first. Cast it into a stalled ground with nothing developed and it is closer to a delayed combat trick riding a below-rate five-drop.
