Vigilance is usually a passive keyword welded to a single body: a creature has it or it doesn't. Here it becomes a repeatable team-wide grant keyed to the rally trigger, so the same Allies-matter engine that snowballs counters and tokens elsewhere instead lets a whole board attack and still stand ready to block. The strategic wrinkle is in when the trigger fires. Because rally cares about an Ally entering the battlefield, you control the timing by controlling when you deploy: play an Ally in your first main phase and the vigilance lands before combat, so a wide board can swing in fully and hold up its defenses against the crackback, all without committing to offense or defense at deck-construction time. A 2/3 for is an unremarkable shell on its own; the value lives entirely in the density of other Allies you can chain onto the battlefield to keep the buff renewing. That dependence is the honest limit: outside a build designed to flood Allies out, the rally clause rarely fires more than once, and a single end-of-turn vigilance grant on a handful of creatures is a marginal effect. This is glue, not a payoff, built to let a tribal go-wide plan attack without flinching.
