A planar card that leans hard into changeling, and the interaction is smarter than the Planechase engine usually gets. The default token here is a 2/2 blue Shapeshifter that is every creature type at once, which means the chaos ability, choosing a creature type and pumping every creature you control of that type, cannot whiff on it: whatever type you name, your Shapeshifters already qualify. That is the design conceit doing the work. The chaos payoff normally forces a guess (name the wrong tribe and the counters land on nothing), but a board seeded with changelings turns every choice into a hit, and each subsequent token widens the pool that the next chaos roll rewards. It rewards staying on this plane rather than rolling to move: the upkeep trigger stacks bodies, the chaos trigger stacks counters on them, and the two clocks reinforce each other the longer you linger. In a corner of the game not known for tight ability synergy, its two halves feed one loop by design, each token you make a guaranteed target for the next counter you distribute.
