Color hosers usually live in the sideboard: a Disenchant variant, a protective enchantment, a creature whose hate is baked into one half of its body. This one runs the hate through the combat step instead. The trigger is gated behind connecting, so the body has to do the work first, and first strike is the deliberate enabler: a 4/4 with first strike survives most ground stalls long enough to land a hit, and the moment it does, a black or red permanent leaves the table entirely. Exile, not destruction, which sidesteps recursion and regeneration in the colors most likely to lean on them. The width of "permanent" is the quiet part of the design: it does not care whether the target is a blocker, a threatening enchantment, a planeswalker, or a key artifact, so long as it is black or red and controlled by the damaged player. The card answers slowly but absolutely rather than acting as a one-shot removal spell, since each successful attack peels another piece away. The cost is fairness in two directions: five mana for a body that has to attack to matter, and a hate effect that does nothing against decks outside its two named colors. It is hosing built as a clock, asking you to win combat rather than win the exchange on the stack, and rewarding an aggressive posture that most color-hate cards explicitly avoid.
