Manifest's core design problem was the blind investment: a card put into play sight-unseen might unflip into something real or just sit there as a vanilla body. This is one of the answers to that gamble, and it works by paying you before any reveal. Whatever you turn over comes down with flying and lifelink stapled on, so even a permanent that never flips is an evasive threat draining life on every connection. The wrinkle worth noticing is the sequencing. When this enters, its ability goes on the stack, and only as that trigger resolves does the enchantment reshape itself into an Aura, manifest the top of your library, and attach to the new face-down creature. Because the Aura is what grants the keywords, they ride with whatever now wears the face-down shell, including a noncreature card that can never turn up but keeps flying and lifelink for as long as it stays a 2/2. The cost is authorship. You do not pick what you reveal, so the enchantment is only as good as what it lands on, and an unflippable land or a dead spell leaves you with a serviceable, forgettable evasive lifelinker. What you actually get is one body off the top of your deck, already dressed for combat, plus the enchantment converting itself into the Aura that dressed it. It recasts manifest's value engine as a permanent, trading the mechanic's upside ceiling for a guaranteed floor.
