Konda's Banner
An anthem that demands you build your board to match its bearer. Attach it to a legendary creature and the bonus radiates along two independent axes: every creature sharing a color gets +1/+1, every creature sharing a creature type gets +1/+1. A creature that hits both lines collects the buff twice, and that overlap is the whole point. Stack a board whose permanents all share both the legend's color and its type, and a single equipment becomes a global +2/+2 banner riding one carrier. The clause that pays for all this is the attachment restriction: it lives only on a legendary creature, so the engine is hostage to keeping a legend on the battlefield, and it slumps to the ground inert the moment that creature dies. This is a payoff from the design era when "matters" cards keyed off color and creature type as two separate signals, and it asks the most overlap of any of them by demanding both at once. The reward scales precisely with how disciplined your typeline and color spread are, which makes it a deckbuilder's tool: the more redundant and committed your spread, the more global the anthem, and the more catastrophic the swing when the banner falls.
