Kitesail Scout
A white one-drop with evasion and nothing else printed on it: this is the floor of the Kor Scout, the lower bound of what a flying body costs in white. The job is narrow and honest. It carries an equipment, an aura, or a counter into the air, turning a do-nothing one-mana flier into a recurring clock that ground blockers cannot answer. Without that support it is a chump and a vanilla beater, which is exactly the deal a card this cheap is meant to offer: the rate is minimal because the upside lives entirely in what you attach. Kor have a long history as white's equipment-carrier tribe, and this is the most stripped-down version of that idea, a 1/1 flier whose entire value proposition is "your other card now flies." It asks nothing of the manabase and nothing of sequencing; it simply wants a payload. Cards built this plainly are scaffolding for an aggressive plan, not the plan itself, and the design knows it.
