Kinscaer Harpoonist
Most evasion-breakers strip flying from a blocker on the defense; this one does its work on the swing, knocking the wings off a creature the turn you commit to combat. The distinction runs deeper than the rate suggests: the trigger fires when this attacks, so the question it answers is not "how do I get through" but "what do you have left to block with once I've taken your best flyer out of the air." A grounded blocker can still trade, but a creature that could only ever interact in the air becomes a wall this 2/2 simply flies over, while the rest of the team punches into a now-thinner defense. It is a soldier built to lead an aerial squadron rather than win a one-on-one duel, which is why the modest body is forgivable: the harpoon does the heavy lifting, and the flyer is just the delivery system. Plenty of blue creatures over the years have offered conditional unblockability or tap-down effects to push damage; this takes a more aggressive line, removing the defender's ability to block flyers rather than asking nicely to slip past it. The catch is that it only fires while attacking, so it contributes nothing on the back foot, and the loss is temporary, resetting each turn. Pointed at the right target, though, it turns a stalled air war into a one-sided one.
