Jolrael, Mwonvuli Recluse
The trigger is the whole engine, and it is worded with precision most "draw two" payoffs never earn: the token arrives on your second card each turn, which means the first extra draw does the work every turn, not just once. That single condition turns cantrips, card-draw spells, and any second-draw effect into a repeatable board-building loop from a body that barely fights on its own. The two halves are built to feed each other. The trigger floods the board with 2/2 Cats while you hold cards; the activation then rewrites your creatures' base power and toughness to the size of your hand, converting the resources you have been hoarding into a lethal swing. It is a druid that rewards drawing cards twice: once for tokens, once for the payoff, with the payoff pegged directly to how full your hand is at the moment you fire it. The tension is deliberate. To make the X/X pump enormous you want a stocked hand, but casting spells to trigger the second-draw token drains that same hand. This is a design that asks you to sequence around a resource you are simultaneously spending and stockpiling, and the ceiling belongs to whoever balances that best. A fragile green two-drop on paper; a wide, scalable finisher the turn the mana comes online.
