Repeatable Windfall on a stick, and the symmetry is the whole engine. The activated effect refills every player to whichever discard pile was tallest, so the card cares not about who held the most cards but about the gap between your grip and the table's biggest hand. Spin an empty hand into an opponent's full seven and you both draw seven: a +7 swing for you against their net zero, since you discarded nothing while they pitched a hand they had already invested in. That is the trick the design quietly rewards. The more depleted you are relative to everyone else, the better the trade, because the draw is keyed to someone else's loss rather than your own. An aggressive deck that has dumped its cards and an opponent hoarding a fat grip both end up holding full hands afterward, but the empty-handed pilot got there from nothing while the loaded one only treaded water. For one blue and a tap, available every untap, that becomes an asymmetric refuel for decks built to churn their grips to zero and reload. It also doubles as a recurring answer to hand disruption, letting a player who got picked apart reset to a fresh hand turn after turn rather than staying stranded. The fragility is the price of the rate: a 2/2 whose ability needs the tap dies to almost any removal or attacker, so every turn it survives is another full reload the deck never had to spend a card to earn.
