The cast trigger is what makes the sacrifice math close, refunding part of the body you fed it as two 1/1 Insect tokens. Feed it a three-drop and you net a 4/4 plus two bodies for a modest investment, with the sacrificed creature's death triggers cashing on the way out. That refund is the design discipline at work: emerge cards get dangerous when they let you launder a creature into something strictly bigger, so this one hands back small, expendable chips rather than card advantage, keeping the loop honest. Because the tokens come from the cast trigger rather than from the Eldrazi entering, they land even if the spell is countered, so committing a creature to the sacrifice never leaves you a body down before you know whether the 4/4 itself will stick. It sits at the value end of the emerge lineup rather than the explosive end: no evasion, no protection, just a fair fat creature and two attackers that happen to be insects, built for decks that want to sacrifice cheap fodder and come out ahead on raw board presence.
