The choose-one tutor, and the cleverest part is that the "drawback" is what makes it broken in the right shell. Most search effects either fetch one card or make you settle for the worst of what you find. This one fetches three and hands the choice to your opponent, which looks like a downside until you build a pile where all three answers are functionally identical: three copies of a combo piece, three reanimation targets that all loop the same way, three lands when you simply need a land. The opponent's "choice" collapses to no choice at all, and the two cards they reject do not vanish: they hit your graveyard, which in a reanimator or flashback shell is a second mode of value rather than a cost. Instant speed turns it into a toolbox you can crack on the end step, fetching exactly the answer the board demands and burying the rest where you can still use them. The disjunction between what the card appears to do (give an opponent agency over your search) and what it actually does (guarantee a specific card while loading your yard) is the entire design, and it has made the card a fixture of every format where graveyard recursion and redundant combo pieces coexist. The rate is fair; the deckbuilding constraint it imposes (find three cards you are genuinely happy to take) is the real cost, and the decks that ignore that constraint are the ones it serves best.

Search your library for three cards and reveal them. Target opponent chooses one. Put that card into your hand and the rest into your graveyard. Then shuffle.
