Ingenious Artillerist
The reward is a headcount, not a payoff-per-artifact: every artifact that enters counts toward the number, and that number becomes damage dealt in full to each opponent, not divided among them. Timing does not change the total (three artifacts entering separately deal one apiece over three triggers; three arriving together deal three in one trigger; the sum is the same), so the deckbuilding instruction is pure volume. Whatever manufactures the most artifacts over a game (a Treasure engine, a Thopter maker, a construct token, a mass-affix effect) is fuel, and the artillerist just tallies the count and points it at faces. The multiplayer math is where this reaches a lethality most artifact synergy pieces never approach: because each opponent takes the full amount, a table of three turns a modest artifact turn into triple the burn, and the total across the pod climbs with every additional seat. Strip the extra opponents away and the same trigger reads as an incidental reach engine bolted onto a deck that was already making artifacts anyway. The 3/1 body is the counterweight to all of that: it dies to almost anything, so the card wants to convert its volume into damage quickly rather than anchor a long plan. What it opens is a burn line assembled entirely from artifact fabrication, a way to aim your token production at life totals instead of at the board.
